Return and Refund Policy

1. No Refund Once Order Processed:
Once your order is processed, STHRI does not entertain refund requests. Please carefully review your order before processing to ensure accuracy.

2. Order Cancellation
STHRI  reserves the right to cancel and refund the money for any orders without customer approval in cases of incorrect information in the order or issues beyond our control, such as courier delay or manufacturing delay.


Return Policy:

1. Color or Material Differences:
Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight differences in color or feel of material. Please be aware of these variations before placing an order.

2. Wrong or Damaged Saree:
If you believe you have received the wrong saree or a damaged saree, kindly send an email or can what's app us to below customer  care number along with a parcel opening video without any cuts or edits.

3. Exchange Options:
In the case of a wrong or damaged saree, exchange can be done with other products or a refund. We  will cover the courier cost for returning the damaged or wrong saree. Exchanges can be made with other products, or refunds can be issued. In cases of returning damaged or incorrect sarees, we will reimburse the courier cost (up to Rs. 50/kg).
